What happened?

I decided to rebatch after my 1st HP soap was too dry...what happened? Why does it appear to be swirled with gel?

When you rebatched did you add extra oil? Looks like it didn't get mixed enough maybe.

no, I did not add extra oil, but did add extra water...however, it does look much better today.
