What do your soap dishes look like?

I use a combination - I have stainless soap holders with a seperate drainage tray for benches/work areas (so they can hold the water that drains off and are easy to clean), a few of those nobby holders and a collection of crystal dishes that I have for pretty, and one wooden one that always leaves a stain on the soap, but is still too nice to discard

Sometimes I swap out the nobby thing for a collection of river pebbles in the crystal dishes, but I don't like the amount of time it takes to clean them.
