What are these tiny spots

Well it looks like stearic spots to me. For me it’s not just Shea or coconut that can also lead to stearic spots. I’d try the suggestions about melting your hard oils until clear and soaping around 110* F.

I SB my oils before I add the lye just to ensure they are all incorporated. I also think it helps to just let the batter (with lye mix in it) sit for a little bit. Either just hand mixing it or just letting it sit. It seem to heat everything through evenly.
