Weird red dot in lotion

I got this weird orangy red dot in my sunscreen and it started to spread through the lotion. This has never happened before. Anyone know what it could be? I used .3% liquid germall plus, only added after cooling.

Ingredients:

Parsol 5%

Distilled Water, Grapeseed Oil, Ewax, Stearic Acid, Hempseed, Olive, Avocado, & Almond Oils, Vegetable Glycerin, Aloe, Caledula, Extracts, Liquid Germall Plus.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria? You've stopped using it - I hope.

it could be bacterial or mold - several types of both are orange. absolutely stop using it if you haven't already.

Yes, I never used it. Just dumped the entire thing down the drain.
