Weird Hole in the top of Goat Milk Soap

I've been making goat's milk for a while and for some reason, this batch has a large hole in the top area. Any reason as to why this is?

I don't have a camera with me, but this is what it appears like: The bottom 1/2th looks good, but when you go up, there appears to be a giant long hole in the middle, with some gooey stuff in the top portion of it.

I think it may have. I decided to cut the sections with the large holes and see if the soap is usable after it sets for a while.

If it is a large cavity you would be better off rebatching. Did it lose a lot of oil? You would want to add in the lost oil if there is any.

Sounds like Over Heating . Look here at Post #13, is it kind of like the pic on the bottom of that post?

Scan through the pics, some good ones on there. Not everything looks 'textbook' but you will get an idea.
