I was wondering what kind of paper y'all use to wrap your soaps? I've seen some really pretty packaging on this forum - and most of it involved a cigar band type label. When I tried to do some of those this Christmas (for presents), it worked pretty well, but a few of the soaps seemed to leave oil spots on the paper. I thought maybe waxed Kraft paper would be a good solution, but I'm open to any ideas. Thanks!!

I have only used 24# paper and I wrap them fully, like a present. No oil stains. Are you sure your soap cured long enough?

Yes, my soap had cured fully. One of my soaps did have about 50 percent olive oil, but I let it cure for a good 8 weeks or so. I'm sure they were all cured. Anyhow, I guess I can just experiment and see what works. I just saw that waxed Kraft paper and it seemed like it might be a good idea.
