Water % of oils ??

What is the best water % of oil in cold process soap ?? Sometime I read 33% and the app that i have, the default is 38%.... I even tryed a recipe and the water % was 20%... I'm a bit lost here

As long as your water is 2:1 with the lye you can use whatever works best for you. I go between 33% to full liquid depending on my recipe and what I want to do design wise.
