I've only used E.O.'s in the past. This time I have some F.O.

They are from a soap supplier.

Anyway, here's the bit I;m curious about:

"avoid contact with skin and eyes."

???

I'm assuming this is in raw form? It will be fine in the finished soap, no?

I have three bottles, and it's on all bottles.

Yeah, you don't want undiluted FOs or EOs to touch your skin. They're simply too concentrated. Most FOs will have a recommended dilution rate for use in soaps, which will tell you how concentrated they can be before they become hazardous.
