That was fun to watch! Bread baking is just about as enjoyable as soap-making is to me (and watching videos of both, too). I made a really nice, no-knead, Irish Barmbrack bread this weekend. I'm sure glad I made enough dough for 2 loaves, because the first loaf got gobbled up way too fast.

I'm part Irish and Polish, too! I'm Irish on my dad's side and Polish/French on my mom's side. I'm very happily married to an Italian/Swede.

I live next to Philadelphia's Italian Market. A few doors down is a bread baker. Every day or two they get deliverys of Pilsbury flower. They usually seem to get 1 or 2 pallets of 50 pound bags.

I was half expecting to see a video of them :D

lol that would seriously be dangerous for me to be that close to an Italian market AND a bakery... omg ... Id be up at 3:30 am every morning when they fire the ovens up and start baking... mmmmm
 
Irishlass: my Dad is Irish, Mom Polish too!....were we twins in a previous life? We seem to have tons in common.
