Great link Starduster. I was just talking to someone this past weekend about real vanilla and how prices have skyrocketed.

Lots of good info about vanilla and the recipes do look yummy. I never would have guessed artificial vanilla was made from clove oil. :shock:

Vanilla Story

Hi Digit,although you get some of the Vanilla story on that site it is breif,I got a book out of the library on it and it was a fascinating read .I had so much more respect for those little brown pods after that.
