Using oils in M&P.

I made my first batch of M&P this week. Being new at it, I only did a 1 pound batch. I used a Cocoa Butter base and mixed in Golden Jojoba oil as well as Fragrance. I poured my mixture into an oval silicone base. I waited overnight till they were hardened. What happened was, when I popped them out, the bottoms felt oily and you could actually see glistening on the bottoms. Do you think it was too much oil, too much fragrance or did I not do it correctly? I used 1 Tablespoon oil and 1 and a half of Aloe Fragrance to the 1 pd. Base. ( I like some of my favorite scents strong ). Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
