I've made a lot of cp soap with different types of milk but never tried using milk in melt and pour. I was always afraid the milk would sour eventually. Has anyone done this and does it work?

I forgot add one thing. I know you can buy melt and pour soap bases. No idea how they do it but I want to make my own. Actually, I have sheep and would like to use their milk. I've heard it is even better than goat. I would love to bypass the lye method and come up with something a little more simple. So far I am seeing lots of recipes using purchased melt and pour goats milk but nothing on how to make your own.

I use this method and the first recipe. I have never substituted milk for the water. I suppose you could use milk to dissolve your sugar. Click on "show more" below the video to see the recipes.
