Using EO's in liquid castile soap

I have a liquid castile soap base that I want to fragrance with only EO's. I wondered if using a small amount of peppermint along with say lavender or maybe lemongrass would be okay? I seems like it would be refreshing and cooling to the skin, but would it irritate. This is being used as a facial wash.

It would irritate me. I have rosacea and most botanicals and fragrances light me on fire. Guess it depends on your tolerance level. Is it for your personal use?
