My sister has requested an under eye cream for the under eye area. She wants it to moisturize well, yet not stay greasy. I have been trying to make it easy on myself by starting with a base. I found this one:

Could it be used as a base and add additional oils to it or is it going to be really greasy? I have no idea and have never experimented with jelly before, but know I purchased an eye cream once that was a jelly consistency and really loved it. Guess that is why this caught my eye. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.
