Has anyone used the "turkey red sulfated castor oil" from soapers choice brands? I have been using it in my recent batches, but they've been turning out REALLY oily, still oily after a week of sitting out! I'm been varying both my recipe and the scents, which is a bad idea at this time-since all of us are getting ready for the upcoming craft show season!!! Actually, we're in the middle of it
So, basically I'm going to return to my original tried and true recipe of coconut, palm and olive oil w/ a bit of castor for bubbles...and goat milk powder.
Appreciate any comments on the 'red castor oil'...also, I've been using the 'castor oil' choice in the soapcalc.net equation- theres no choice for different castor oils...
thanks guys!:?:
