Trying to contact a member

I tried to send a conversation to Richard Perrine & this popped up

Same comes up when I try to contact an administrator.

I vaguely recall that maybe a minimum membership time or number of posts is required in order to PM anyone.

Meanwhile, you can get the attention of an admin by putting their name into a thread with the @ symbol before it, like this:
