I had a customer send me this pic of a candle she burned. She did not achieve a full melt pool as she only burned it for a bit. What do you all think?

She did not burn long enough on her first burn. This is the most important burn as candle wax has a memory and so you need to have a complete burn pool to the outside of the glass. It takes about 1 hour per diameter, so a 3" candle needs about 3 hrs on it's first burn.

Thanks for the info. I do not and am not going to make candles, but I do purchase candles and I had no idea about the first burn.
