If a name of a fragrance is trademarked can you use that name on your soap?
The name in question is Monkey Farts.
I searched & its trademarked.
So does that mean no one is supposed to use the name?? I see people all over the web using this name. Soy tarts, candles, soap etc.
Does this apply for all scent names??
Or only the ones that are trademarked.
Can anyone help me out with this inquiry?
Also if it is trademarked does that mean its worldwide?? Or only in the country registered?
I'm asking for myself not because I've got a bee in my bonnet about someone else...lol. Just so I'm clear.
