I found some nice bottles at my local health food store, and one of them was a decent spray bottle. So I thought I'd like to make a toner to put in in, I hate messing around with cotton pads and stuff but I would use a spray.

I just am having trouble finding something nice and simple. I have maybe 50ml of witch hazel left, I bought aloe vera gel today, I don't actually have distilled water, I don't have rosewater or any fancy hydrosols. I do have liquid germall plus. I would just like to maybe dilute the witch hazel and add some eo. Swift Crafty Monkey ones were way to complicated- I'll save that stuff for lotions!

Any ideas?

You can boil water, i make toner for myself and only use witch hazel and rose and orange blossom water since the waters already have glycerin since i bought them from a local vendor, butt when i dont have those things i use sake and fresh lemon peels let it soak in the refrigerator for a day and add some glycerin just a few drops, and thats your toner and close your eyes when you spray it, its a great toner and makes you smell citrusy.

I just made it. Seems ok, smells nice. Used boiled water, some aloe vera gel, a few drops of orange, lemongrass and tiny bit of rosemary EO, witch hazel and preservative.

I've never been much of a toner person I always want to rinse them off. I liked the idea of having a mister though.
