First off sorry I have not been around as much, I do not have Internet on the weekends, I stay with my GF and she does not have net access, and during the week work is crazy, I work for a law school and this is the busy season for getting apps.

Well this weekend was fun, and I got a bit done, 1 batch of soap (more on that latter), 1 batch of whipped Shea butter, 1 batch of oatmeal brown sugar scrub, 1 batch of pineapple lib balm, and a batch of salt scrub.

First off is the soap I did an Lime and Coconut soap, I wanted it to be green and white, well lets just say I am not unhappy with how it looks but there is no white. As I was mixing the lye mixture, I realized I forgot the Titanium Dioxide, so I ran into the room where I keep my supplies and grabbed it, or so I though. Up till Saturday I kept my rise powder on the same shelf, let’s just say rice powder does not whiten soap and leave it at that.

Here are photos of the soap

glad you're still around and kicking! once i thought i grabbed the td and very carefully measured out powdered sugar! LOL! so much for similar jars-now they have BIG labels!

love the soap! lime n coconut is one of my favorites, but i havent found a good coconut that can stand up to the lye process, yet-they usually just smell like lime.

you do nice work!
