Please give me feedback on the following Mix.

Soybean, 27.5 hydrogenated 35%
Coconut Oil, 76 deg 18%
Olive Oil 25%
Palm Kernel Oil Flakes 12%
Shea Butter 5%
Cocoa Butter 5%

I plan to add sugar or Honey as well.

What adjustments would you make?

Do I want both Butters?

I would decrease the soybean oil, since it is known for it's rancidity issues in high numbers.
Also, Palm kernel flakes & coconut oil have pretty much the same properties in soap, so both aren't really needed in one recipe.
You can do both butters, but I'd increase the shea to 8 or 10% to help make up for some of the soy oil that is decreased.

Your recipe in itself is going to be very cleansing and not very conditioning. What do you plan on superfatting it at?
You won't have much for bubbles, so adding the sugar's a good idea.

Hydrogenated soybean won't have the same problems as soybean oil because the fatty acids have been switched around, so if it was me I would leave that (where did you find that anyway? I want some) but I would cut my coconut and PKO down a bit. If you are going to superfat at 5% I like to keep my lauric acids at or a bit under 12% I would add the difference to my olive oil to up the moistening part of you recipe.
