well yesterday me and my friend went to Schiliterbahn down in New Braunsfels (how-ever it is spelt) and we were there all day acting like 10 year old children running around barefooted on the hot cement and rocks.. tubeing down everything going down body slides.. anything and everything we could fit in before they closed... I hit the water pretty hard a few times and even crashed and burned in one of the tube chute tunnels.. well I slept for about 12 hours last night and when I woke up I thought I was in the hospital because I had to of been in a car crash..NOPE! I was laying in bed and there went that left arm and my hand stretching for my pain pills.. I thought I was going to die.. well eventually I woke up and did what I had to do but i'm still in pain.. but I think it was ALL WORTH IT!!! and I CAN'T WAIT to go again soon!!!

we don't bounce very well as we get older! and it takes us 3 times as long to recover, too!

hope the aches and pains go away soon!

well it wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have this fibromyalgia thing going on for me.. booooooooooooooooo but yes... i don't run and bounce like I used to ... :cry: my legs are covered in brusies lol

LOL , As long as you had fun , that is what counts .I went on a merry go round with my 3 yr old grandson yesterday , I think I am still feeling dizzy
