Stuck in my head
I'm very pleased. I forget though that I shouldn't do a drop swirl with red, or it ends up looking "Christmasy" but I still love how RED this red is...

The butterflies are sweet, and your red and white looks like that ribbon candy my family used to buy around Christmas. The intaglio with the gold mica looks rich, and I like that you left the rest of the soap fairly plain. I had an aunt that would have Loved those! You were very busy today!! :)

Thank you. They were fun to make.
I made them yesterday, and cut today. I really do love them. The scent names and scents used are in this thread - https://www.soapmakingforum.com/threads/what-i-did-today.73979/
:)

Love the gold one! How did you do it? Did you put mica on and then use a stick to swirl? Great job on all of them!
Yep. I mixed gold mica with oil, then used a pipette to lay a zigzag line of it on top of the soap, and then after that took my skewer (you can get 100 of them at the dollar tree) and swirled it around. As good as they look here, I thought it looked even better in the wet soap.

The gold is gorgeous too.. Almost too nice to use lol
Thank you, but nope, never!! LOL

When selling at markets and I hear people say that, this is ALWAYS my response - "buy 2, one to use and one to display".
At first it was surprising at how well that worked, but now it's part of my "marketing ploy" because I would say that about 25-30% of the time, it works and the person will buy 2 of the same bars.

All stunning - my favourite is the gold mica top. And that red is amazing - very hard to get a good looking red soap from what I've seen.
It always has for me too, it always used to either turn a barn rust red or a pink. With Mad Mica's true red set, I get this bright brilliant Christmas red EVERY. TIME. I cannot say enough good things about it. Love it. And it's funny because looking at the set, you would not think it to be true, and I was very sceptical at first, but this is about the dozenth time I've used it, and yep, every time it turns out this great!
