The Chemistry Store

I know there has to be some info around here about the chemistry store, but when I search it all I find are a bunch of topics with "store" in them.

Sigh...

I'm considering placing an order. What is your opinion of their FO's?

I did not order fragrance so I don't know how they are.

I have only ordered from them once, about 6 years ago. They over charged me on shipping by something like an extra $20.00, it was only a $35.00 order to begin with. When I phoned them to ask about it they said they would refund me the difference. I got a refund for $10.00 and a note saysing "Aren't you glad we just saved you 10 bucks?" :?

I am not sure how giving me back 10 dollars when they over charged me 20 & I had to point it out was saving me anything at all.

I have not ordered from them again.

I can't say anything about their service, but the products from there that I have are great. I got them from a friend who uses them (we trade a lot) and they're fine. All the stuff she makes me using their FO smells divine.

Their prices look reasonable, I think I'll give it a try with a small order first.

When I lived in Florida, and before he moved up the coast, I used them quite often. Most of their FO's are good quality. I have bought only 6 or so scents from him, and like Tab mentioned, the shipping always seemed high for the weight and size of the package. I did business with him for 2 plus years, not a lot, but enough to know he was OK, just a bit pricey on shipping.

No, don't order the FO's .. they made my soap separate. I've ordered other things that are completely fine .. it's just their FO's that I've had difficulty with.

I wonder why some of them are ok and others aren't. I hate to take a chance and waste my $$.

It has been almost 2 years since I turned in an order for them. I love the quality, one rate shipping, and great customer service that Paige from www.soapsupplies.net has! All the scents I have ever received from her have been top quality, uncut FO's. Take a look and see if she has anything you want, and tell her Paul sent ya!

No I haven't, but it's on the wait list. I just got a 4 ounce bottle of her new White Tea & Berries Fragrance Oil. It is a WINNER!

I tried Santa's Cookies and Pumpkin Spice Cake (x2) and had them separate on both occassions. I love their other stuff .. their butters are good ... I just don't trust their FO's.
