Hi there
I want to make a white Opaque MP bar with rose petals as the additive. Now I have read and tried waiting until a skin forms before adding the rose petals so that it all doesnt float to the top of the bar. Ideally I want the rose petals to suspend throughout the whole bar. I think that maybe my idea of a thick skin maybe is not the the constituency of thick skin as suggested by the advice on how to suspend additives throughout the bar. My rose petals still seem to float to the top! I am looking for a little clarity on what temperature it should be for it to suspend.
So my question is - exactly what temperature should the melted MP Base be before adding the rose petals in order for it to suspend through the whole bar? I will be using a loaf mould. I have a sugar thermometre that starts from 40 degrees celsius, it also measures in Farenheit. Help anyone?
