Supply Hunting: Glow In The Dark (wasn't sure of forum)

If you could move this to the appropriate forum if this isn't proper, that would be appreciated.

Years ago I purchased some glow in the dark additive for melt and pour soapmaking at a soapers conference. The vendor has long escaped me and I am looking for more of this additive. I am not sure where to even begin looking aside from the fact that google searches haven't retrieved any results so far.

So far I have rounded up the following:

Nite Glow Powder

Glow In The Dark Powder

I wish I could remember the original source, but that information is unfortunately so far gone from moving many times throughout the years.
