I'm not sure how to figure out superfat. This is my recipe;
22 oz goat milk
16 oz Olive oil
17 canola oil
11 cocnut oil
10 Palm oil
6 sweet almond oil
So how do I figue out the superfat. I know the goat milk has a high fat content. Please help. I've been making soap since Aug 2012 and have had really good luck until recently when I tried a couple of new fo's

Superfat is just the extra fat that does not react with the lye when combined, so without a lye content of your soap you can't figure out the superfat %.

How much you superfat is based on your personal preference. I may superfat at 5% and be very pleased with how it feels on my skin but a 5% superfat may not feel right on your skin. I always superfat my recipes just to make sure it will not be lye heavy.

To superfat, you subtract a percentage of the lye required to saponify the oils you are using.
For example:
If it requires 10 oz of lye to totally saponify 100 oz of your specific oils, and you want a 7% superfat:
10 oz x 0.07 = 0.7 oz, which would mean you need to use 9.3 oz (10 - 0.7) of lye to achieve a 7% superfat.

Make sense? Always use a lye calculator like SoapCalc to determine how much lye to use. SoapCalc will figure your recipe with a superfat you set. It's advisable to use at least a 5% superfat to leave a "cushion" for weight errors, but you can go as high as you feel comfortable to get the results you prefer. I like 7% for soaps for dry skin, and 5% for soaps for oily or normal skin. I use a 20% superfat with my salt bars to balance out the drying effect of the 90% Coconut oil. Most people use between 5-10% superfat in most of their soaps. And just so you know, there has not been and correlation between rancidity (DOS) in soap and higher superfat percentage.

To me superfat can de done in 2 ways:
1) get the lye amount base on your fomular and reduce the lye to be used or;

2) get the lye amount base on your fomular, instead of reducing the lye amount, add in more oil
