Thanks, Mobjack! The tallest one I’ve found so far is the one I have from Nurture Soap. It’s not quite 4.5 and I only get close to that if I pour up to the tippy top of the liner.
The one you linked above gives the dimensions as 10.5" L x 2.2" W x 3.75" H, but I think I noticed at one point that some of the larger capacity Nuture molds are deeper.

IF you have any mold already as tall as you like, you could convert it yourself to create a very tall T&S mold as I did 2 years ago with my Essential Depot mold.

See the pictures in my album: https://www.soapmakingforum.com/media/albums/mold-conversion.341/

And I posted about it here: https://www.soapmakingforum.com/threads/diy-t-s-mold-via-conversion-of-ed-mold.64864/

The ED mold is just under 4 inches, but this is an example of how to do the conversion. It can be adapted to any mold you already have.

You can also use tall cardboard boxes for making a T&S mold using the same conversion idea I had. Before I converted my ED mold for use as a T&S mold, I used a cardboard box from some sandals I had bought as my first T&S mold. It was tall, but not skinny enough, so when I decided to make this adaptation, I first planned to do in the cardboard box, but then realized it would be better to do with the ED mold so it would be more permanent. My cardboard box molds tend to go into the trash at some point due to soap spillage.

@earlene ‘s post reminded me that there’s a woman I’ve seen on YouTube (from Australia) whose husband cut her four pieces of stainless steel (maybe) to stick inside her mold as false sides that increased the effective height of the mold.
