I haven't posted any pics in a long time. But I have made few soaps lately using my homecutter to cut 1 inch and 1 1/2 inch bars. I think i like the thick bars the best.

I made some chamomille soap and FO OMH. It has crushed Chamomille flowers that were infused in the OO i used. I can't keep enough of this made.

Some confetti soap with Blackberry Basil FO. I may not have cut the confetti small enough. Hoping it holds together. Seems nice when I have tried a small piece

The last is cut 1 inch and is a goats milk that starting moving so fast I thought it was going to be a mess. I used Pomgranet and Sage FO. I had to try and make the tops pretty

They all look great but the confetti soap is awesome! I'm so impressed with how translucent the base is and it really makes the colored embeds pop! I made an assumption all your soaps are CP. Am I wrong about the confetti one?

Your right Hazel. All CP. That is all I make. I Have watched folks make the HP in crock pot but it always seemed like a lot more work so I have stuck with the CP. I am low on soap so trying to catch up making some ahead.
I haven't been able to afford a tank so I have been happy that i made a cutter that cuts straight and even and I can cut the exact sizes I want.

They all look fabulous....love the top on the green one, I got a thing for the crazy tops!

No I have never heard of ethanol. I just made my regular CP soap recipe and added the soap pieces at trace when I was ready to pour in mold

FO Hoarder it is easy. Just remember that your adding extra lbs to your total weight so take that into consideration for your soap mold size. I just chopped up pieces of leftover soap or end pieces or some I didn't like the fragrance in and and added at trace. I probably should have done smaller pieces. All my Grandchildren love that soap

You're absolutely right so get back in the kitchen and make another batch!

I'll be waiting to see the picture.

Seriously, I think the size you have them is fine. But I do understand what you mean about making them smaller to look more like confetti. You could also use some shavings of soap to make curls in a loaf. That would be a fun looking soap, too.
