Does anyone know where I can get sulfinated castor oil in canada??? Please advise thanks.

I had a nice bit of liquid soap that I made, but once I fragrance it and colored it, it became very drying to the skin. I did not have the sulfinated castor oil,
The soap was superfatted by 3% and worked great, but after adding fragrance it was very drying to the skin. advise as to why it was more drying after fragrance??
