Sulfamic Acid?

That's hilarious! Someone has mixed up something terribly here. Sulfamic acid might have its uses for drain cleaning, idk, so far I know it rather for descaling kettles and coffee machines [ETA: or removing rust/cement/mortar]. But as a replacement for NaOH in soapmaking, sulfamic acid is definitely as useful as plain table salt, at most.

Looks like some bored intern was ordered to add the drain cleaner to the online catalogue, and just copy-pasted the ingredient list from a descaler without checking. Given the user ratings, it's definitely no sulfuric acid derivative.
