sugar to lye water

I just accidentally forgot to add the sugar to my water before adding the lye. I added the sugar to my lye solution. Should I start over? Seems like it dissolved ok. It was only 1tsp and I kept stirring until it dissolved.

Its fine, even if a little didn't dissolve it won't be a problem

It's not really fine in my experience. It seems to discolor the soap. You are basically cooking the honey. Well now that you've changed the question, you want to make sure your sugar is completely dissolved before adding the lye to the water.
