Sugar questions

Is the sugar you use in sugar scrubs the same as you put in your coffee?? Can you buy it in bulk and of so, anyone know where in the UK? Or if not in the UK, what sort of places you buy it from? And is brown sugar best because I thought brown sugar stuck together like wet sand, or is that different?
Sorry for all teh questions, I;ve only ever used salt and love it but thought I'd give sugar a go

I use raw sugar in my scrubs. It has larger grains and has a slight brownish color.

There are assorted sugars you can use, but I do think *coffee* sugar is the most widely used. Regular brown sugar is nice too, as is sugar in the raw.
