Sugar Paste for Sugaring (Hair removal)

Does anyone make this? I have been looking for a few recipes and found this one.

1/4 C. Water
1/4 C. Suger
2C water

Boil everything together for about 15 min. Til light brown.

As a Licensed Esthetician, I have not found a sugaring formula that truly works.
