Sugar and Salt Srubs!

Can anyone tell me the best suppliers for salt and sugar scrubs? Which is the best salt to use? I see Himalayan salt, tropical sea salt, ect.. very confusing! What about sugar?

I use ordinary table salt (non-iodized usually) and regular granulated sugar. I do add some turbadino sugar if I want it more grindy...

all from the grocery store.

I too use regular table salt. It's cheap and works really well.
For sugar I usually use granulated sugar.

Both of these are easy to use, inexpensive and easy to find.

I like to use brown sugar in my sugar scrubs
