This bar turned out better than I thought it would although I think I left it a bit late to add the m&p (white), Smells great.

Thanks Oceangirl, I must admit, this one didn't smell the best at first after it came out of the mould, it smelt kind of like playdough lol.

Where can you get strawberry and cream from? is there a scent you can buy?? i have strawberry shortcake and it smell nothing like it lol more like almond :?

lol nah I like questions hehe, I got the strawberries and cream fo from Big Tree supplies.

Yes, it's yummy. Ya know those strawberries and cream lollies ya get at woolies? it smells just like them.
If you like I can send you a scent sample in the mail as long as you don't eat it lol.

That is so pretty GG! I love how you incorporated the white MP. Have you tried mixing the two kinds of soap before? I am interested in whether as the CP cures, it shrinks away from the MP.....my feeling is that it would 'hug' the MP tighter, but as I haven't yet tried it I have no idea! :wink:

Tanya, so far there hasn't been any shrinkage however the m&p is posing a bit of an issue as i'm not sure how I should present this soap for sale when the time comes as the blob of whit m&p sweats but the cp is fine.

Beautiful, I would LOVE to see how you mixed MP and CP together, no idea you could make it look like that!

MrsJones, I made the cp batch up, placed it in the mould and before it set up I poured the m&p in but unfortunately the cp had already started to sset up so a majority stayed on top so I just mixed it through

For the future...try Aussie Soap Supplies low-sweat Coconut MP base - very good!

Maybe wrap in cellophane just prior to selling? I know that many CP vendors wrap their soap in shrink wrap or cellophane, so the CP part should be fine with that?
