I have noticed this on and off with some of my soaps. I soaped a mens fragrance day before yesterday and went to unmold 24 hours later and it was still warm! This was the first time that has ever happened. I gel everything. I am still pretty new (5 months) and I was wondering if I should still leave the soap insulated when that happens? The gel was finished the soap looks fine but I had to cut it ASAP because it was already pretty firm. I used the same recipe several times before and never had that problem normally when I unmold 18- 24 hours later I still have to wait an additional 7 hours or so to cut.:?:

I can only think that this soap took longer to gel, so it was still warm from the gel stage.
