Star Anise cause faster trace?

Does it cause faster trace?

And is it one of those essential oils you use sparingly like cinnamon (since cinnamon can be an irritant) ?

It is not irritating that I have found using it at 5%

I never had it accelerate.

Perfect thank you! I has a sweet and spicy smell so i wasnt sure if it behaves the same way as other "spicy" scents
