So I haven't shared a ton of soaps on here lately, and these I'm proud of even though they didn't turn out like I hoped.

Soap 1...faux funnel pour black white alternating. Then colorful DNA swirl tops. Final full twist on the mold until it swirled the soaps around.

Soap #2 is another DNA swirl. With fish lol.

Final soap #3 was a failed DNA. I tried to stop ash with saran, ruined the tops, used glycerin to decorate, ruined it, scraped most off, drizzled glycerin mixed with the original swirl colors.
My dad calls it Stonehenge. Love this probably the most.

Thought I'd start sharing some more. I blog and feel like I'm sharing so much picture wise there, I kind of forget most people here don't see that.

Those are really cool! I'd love to see cut pics of that faux funnel pour.

Are pics 4, 5 & 6 the same batch? I'm mesmerized by the DNA-helix pattern in pic #4 and flabbergasted by the ash in pics 5&6! I really feel your pain . . . that's a bummer about the ash but beautiful soaps all the same. I need to put a funnel pour on my to-do list.

To clarify. These are three batches. Faux funnel DNA with a twist.
Fish DNA.

Mess up DNA turned into Stonehenge. (The fish is a different soap).

I should've done more threads, but I felt silly making three threads of pics lol!!!
Here is the last Stonehenge in its entirety...

Before mess up.
After smear...
Fix..

I am also dying to see your spun funnel. I did a couple of spinners to see what happened but I'm sure the pattern in which you pour makes quite a difference. Show Show Show Show!!!!!

AARRRGHHHH! Your DNA was perfect on the last one! I'm glad that you love it in all its stoniness, however, but man, what a reverse Cinderella story!

Thx you all! In this case, the ash lends to a rock like appearance. It works in person and looks kind of organic. I like it:)

Cut pic...already used it twice so it looks worn a tad. Sorry! Wish the faux funnel worked better. It was my first. Need to work on cutting with the pour next time!

It's bad lighting. Just took this pic in the bathroom right now. I can't get good pics for my life unless I'm outside!!! Need the sun!

Wow! Your swirls look amazing! I love the colors in the second and third pictures.

Wow, gorgeous soaps. I love them all, but my favourite is the fish.
