Hi all!! Its monsoons in India, and my soaps are sweating heavily. Cured ones are very sticky and slippery to touch..and the ones recently made are also quite moist..its a real problem handling them while packing and it is also losing its scent. What should be done?

This will happen in high humidity areas with higher temperatures. For the cured soaps you can give them a cold water dip then dry gently with a paper towel and wrap them. Once wrapped they shouldn't get sticky. For the curing soaps you can dab them with a paper towel but they will continue to dew up as long as the heat and humidity hold.

If you have access to a small dehumidifier, that would help. Place the soaps next to that.
