soaper's choice MP base

i just made 50 soaps for my cousin's baby shower...see below. i wanted to list the ingredients on the label, but i am not sure what they are! its the glycerin soap base from soaper's choice. does anyone have this info? do they carry the SFIC base?

I would just put "Glycerin Soap Base..." and then list any other ingredients. That's what I've seen on MP labels.
