Soap turned to jelly

Morning. I have been making CP soap for more than 6 years and I have never had this happen. I made my Pumpkin Spice soap with the same recipe that I always use and after 2 weeks it is leaking oil and is jelly in the mold. I have never seen this before. I did add canned organic pumpkin (which I have used before) and I'm wondering if that is it.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Did you possibly use potassium hydroxide (KOH) instead of sodium hydroxide (NaOH)?

It's been in the mold for 2 weeks? That's a long time for a soap to sit in the mold, even with high % of soft oils. I would also recommend looking into your lye as the culprit.
