soap still soft after 7 wks

I just cut a bar of my gm soap to make samples and it is still soft after 7 wks of curing. Is it my recipe? what do I need to change for a harder bar?

palm 10 %
coconut 35 %
olive 25 %
castor 5 %
cocoa butter 13 %
shea butter 12 %

The recipe looks rock hard. How much lye did you use? (The amount of superfat). What size batch?

And how much goat milk? I suspect you used too much liquid

How much liquid and lye did you use? This recipe should have made a really hard bar unless you used too much liquid or not enough lye. Did you check you scale to make sure it is weighing correctly?

I made a 4 pd batch and used 24 ozs of gm and 9 oz. of lye and SF @ 7

Way too much liquid.... it should not have been more than 18 ounces and that is 4.5 ounces more than I use...
