soap gives up color when used

i used blue pigment (took from a friend in dessert shop), and put little too much i believe. first I did CP and find out that the soap gives up color and did OC but the water is still dirty blue when I use th soap; now can I re-batch it and how?
bw. the ratio was 1 ts. pigm. to 35 oz. oils

I believe that colors which are easily water soluble will color the water, no matter what you do. Which means that you cannot achieve a strong color without coloring the water.

From what I've heard, it is possible to wash/whiten the soap, but it involves a lot of work.

What I would do it cut it to long rectangular pieces and use it as inserts in your next batch.

Speaking of blue, it's quite difficult for me to achieve. Can you please tell me what pigment are you using (product name and if possible, also the name of the substance/pigment, which should be listed under ingredients). Thanks

Oxides (not WS, by the way) and FDC colors are challenging to use for bright colors because of just that - when you get it the way you want it, your soap bleeds.

I'd suggest using small amounts of your soap in new batches - confetti soap comes to mind. Chunks may still get you blue washcloths.

What is OC?

it did not became real blue maybe becaus of cooking/processing in oven, but if i'll succeed i'll let u know.
The batch is too big for confetti though. I am still open for suggestions

If you want to experiment with another blue, try blue ultramarine.
You can get beautiful blues that don't bleed!
