Opinions on best type of soap dishes please?

For me & in my humble opinion… Self draining work the best to keep soap high & dry.

I use the small size of these that I buy at my local Dollar Tree. At 2/$1.25, they are inexpensive enough to give away when giving soap to someone for the first time. I keep one on my shower shelf, and they fit inside any kind of dish next to the sink. They work great to keep the soap dry.

Can but cut down to size for smaller soaps or to fit inside of traditional soap dishes:

I keep one of these silicone soap dishes in my travel bag:

We use this in the shower & by the kitchen sink:

Anything that drains the water so the soap doesn't sit in it.
