soap cutter pro order

I ordered a soap cutter pro 25mm wire size, yet when I received it, they had sent the 23mm wire was sent out.

Has anyone else had this happen? And how did you go about getting them to replace it for the one you ordered. (I have sent an email regarding the issue) I don't want to pay for return postage when it wasn't my mix up. And I can't use the 23mm sent as it cuts my bars to short
