I LOVE the trend toward tiny houses, and if I were building, might go for a 500 sq. ft. one and a separate soap shack. Having just bought, I do like mine, though. And it is fairly small, like 1000 sq. ft.
 
I thought you could soap in it, while the shop is open and people could watch how it's done.
