so, I bought some from elements bath and body, they are ok, seem like they dent pretty easy is that normal? Also, now that I look, ng is cheaper, by 4$.
I sell a lot of lip balm, I bought some sliders when I upgraded my packaging & can't sell them to save my life . I won't buy anymore. In fact, I will sell you mine cheap! I have about 40 not yet filled.
Hey Honor, I thought of you the other day when a couple FB friends were reminiscing about the slider tins that chapstick used to come in. So there is probably a market out there for it, put a nostalgic spin on it or something.
Must admit I like slider tins too.
I use the 1/2oz round tins.
I have often wondered about leaking. Though I haven't yet had a leak.
I was scared off the sliders cause I thought there would b even more chance of it happening.
I like them also but shipping in hot texas weather I have to really think about leaking. And I know the sample I got from WSP seamed like it would leak alot more than a round tin.
I don't use them due to discoloration on the inside of the tin or some problems with rusting. (There is no water in my formula) I also live in the desert where it reaches triple digits easily. I feel safer with little jars that have a tightly screwed top to prevent leaking.
