Neice was here from Ann Arbor and put in a request for gms, BUT wants it in chunks not bars. Any thoughts on what the size should be???? Her reasoning is that it will be easier to hold and rub on her cloth or skin. Thanks every one Di

i'm not sure i follow you, but i cut my bars into 2 x 3 -about 1.5 ' thick. my customers prefer the smaller size because of smaller hands and kids.

while the soap is soft you can cut into squares, then shape into balls. if you do this plz wear gloves!

Size cont

what she said was.......like a big chunky square not a rectangle... so I'm at a loss as to what size I should cut them for her,

I don't know how dainty her hand size is, but I measured mine and a 2.25 - 2.5" would be fine for me to grasp for rubbing on cloths or hanging onto in the shower. So pour your mold that deep and then cut from the top in the same increments. I am thinking slab style would be easiest unless you have a smaller square log type box or mold around. Look around the house. If you have edge pieces left over, use them for samples.
