Hello,

I am developing 2 new formulas of shampoos. One shampoo is a baking soda and water based. The other is apple cider vinegar based. I like the idea of the recent "no poo" trend, but they are too thin. I would like to thicken them up by adding a thickening and natural foaming agent. I know this kinda detracts from the "no poo" aspect, but can anyone make some suggestions of products to use with my two new formulas?

Cant help you Dannybaby, but was wondering if you know anyone, or if anyone on this board has used the "no poo" baking soda method for any period of time and what were your results?
Let us know what you come up with; they both sound very interesting!

What about crothix to thicken? I don't know of any "natural" foam booster but then again I don't think there is much on the market that is truely natural.
